Refund Policy
We only ever offer refunds after severe investigations and only if the product was damaged during transport or has expired.
If the product is not to your liking and hasn't been opened yet or damaged we will first offer to exchange the product to reach your satisfaction.
A refund is only the last resort and it will take time for this to be processed depending on the payment method and refund processing time of both your bank and the company's bank which usually takes around 1-2 weeks.
